Fried mixed mushrooms

This is a healthy yet delicious vegetarian dish.

Ingredients:
1 pack of golden mushroom
Some chinese dried mushroom & grey mushroom
Ginger slices

Seasoning:
Oyster sauce, Siu Heng wine (optional)

Method:
1. Cut the chinese mushroom & grey mushroom into thin slices.
2. Fried the ginger slices first, then add in all mushrooms.
3. Add in a little bit of plain water or mushroom water (the water where we soaked the dried mushroom) & oyster sauce to taste.
4. Sprinkle a little Siu Heng wine (optional)in the end & it's ready to be served.

May add in/substitute with other varieties of mushroom eg. button mushroom, shitake mushroom etc.
